Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level operations coordinator to support route coverage, IC coordination, and daily reporting. The role requires basic MS Office skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license. Work hours are 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency required to complete paperwork and reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.
• College degree or HS diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes and ensure IC check-in is complete and on-schedule.
• Create routes per client requirements and coordinate with dispatch and ICs.
• Communicate delays or problems to customers and dispatch.
• Ensure ICs provide services with the correct vehicle and paperwork.
• Assist with contracting ICs and maintaining up-to-date paperwork.
• Generate daily service reports and administrative documentation.
• Maintain ID badge compliance and professional appearance as required.
