Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
• Administrative support or dock operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations (DOT) and Linehaul/Pickup & Delivery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of linehaul transportation equipment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor service, safety, cost, and quality metrics daily and address issues.
• Communicate with BC/AOs, ICs, ISPs about load plan changes and schedule adjustments.
• Investigate customer service complaints and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance files and ensure DOT and insurance documents are up to date.
• Assist in driver training, if assigned, and support action plans from BCSA tests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
