Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking an experienced logistics professional to support transportation planning and dispatch for Linehaul operations. You will help maximize trailer capacity, coordinate equipment and ensure on-time deliveries across assigned areas.

The role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with DOT regulations, and the ability to work with field operations, safety and maintenance teams to maintain service integrity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch transportation equipment per Linehaul plan.
• Coordinate and track movement of FedEx trailers, rental equipment and dollies.
• Direct dispatch of equipment and ensure on-time load delivery.
• Monitor DOT regulations and safety inspections across the fleet.
• Enter trip details into TMS and verify equipment locations.
• Investigate delays and incidents; implement contingency plans.
• Collaborate with Safety and Maintenance departments to ensure safety standards.
