Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking an operations support professional to coordinate quality, service and administrative functions in the pickup and delivery area. The role ensures on-time loading, dispatch of equipment, and adherence to DOT requirements while resolving customer issues and maintaining accurate records.

You will monitor performance metrics, communicate with contractors and staff, and participate in process improvements to support efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related area preferred.
• Experience in administrative support, customer service or dock operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations (DOT) and safety practices is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily service, safety, cost and quality metrics and address issues with staff and BC/AOs.
• Coordinate dispatcher activities for linehaul equipment and update dispatch events in the Vision/VRP systems.
• Investigate customer service complaints and ensure timely, satisfactory resolutions.
