Job summary

USPack is a leading logistics provider focused on same-day delivery and client success. This entry-level role coordinates independent contractors to meet delivery requirements, monitors routes, and communicates status to customers and dispatch.

It requires organization, reliable transportation, and basic MS Office skills, with opportunities for growth within a collaborative, values-driven team. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required.
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with independent judgment.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage and on-time execution.
• Coordinate ICs, confirm dispatches, and update changes as needed.
• Track dispatch board and ensure customer-requested delivery times are met.
• Communicate delays or issues to customers and dispatch.
• Ensure ICs provide services with the correct vehicle type and ID.
• Assist ICs with issues during dispatch and provide coverage as needed.
• Support contracting of ICs and complete daily service reports.
• Prepare administrative reports and ensure paperwork is up to date.
