You will handle orders, delivery status, and product details; respond to calls and emails promptly; and collaborate with teams to maintain smooth operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Follow up to ensure satisfaction with delivery and installation services.
• Resolve issues and escalate unresolved matters to the supervisor when needed.
• Monitor delivery schedules and provide real-time updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Temco Logistics’ products and services to support inquiries.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Prepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
• Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure seamless operations.
