You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams while maintaining records and answering phones. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, accurate data entry, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to work orders, shipments, and inventory counts.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams for account administration, invoicing, and credit changes.
• Generate and process paperwork for customer work orders, including special requests and expediting orders.
• Verify invoices for proper account billing.
• Provide clerical support: maintain files, answer phones, greet visitors.
