Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service / Order Processing specialist. You will respond to inquiries and complaints about work orders, shipments, and inventory; coordinate invoicing, scheduling, and load management; and maintain reports to confirm loads are empty and closed.

You will also handle clerical tasks, answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with recalls or holds across multiple sites, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or order processing.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding work orders, shipments, and inventory counts.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, warehouse, and office for account administration and invoicing.
• Generate and manage paperwork for customer work orders, including tracking orders and inventory records.
• Oversee clerical duties—filing, phones, visitors, and office equipment.
• Schedule loads and maintain reports to ensure all loads are empty and closed.
• Resolve issues with refused product, over short, and damaged orders; coordinate recalls and holds across sites.
• Participate in training and coaching on customer service functions and guide team work where applicable.
• Other essential duties as assigned.
