Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. in Minnesota is seeking a customer service/clerical associate to respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding work orders, shipments, and inventory counts.

You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate account administration, scheduling, and order processing, and provide clerical support including maintaining records and answering phones. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0+ years of experience in customer service or clerical work.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and team.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about work orders, shipments, and inventory counts.
• Report customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for account administration, invoicing, and credit changes.
• Generate and process paperwork for customer work orders, including special requests and tracking.
• Verify invoices for proper account billing.
• Provide clerical support by maintaining files, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
• Schedule loads, maintain reports, and resolve issues with damaged or shorted orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
