Job summary

Temco Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will address inquiries, provide updates on orders and deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and installation services.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in MS Office and ERP systems. A high school diploma and at least 2 years in customer service or office tasks are preferred.
