Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience with issues resolution.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and time management.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer communications and meet customer expectations; drive customer satisfaction.
• Schedule work and manage repair orders; coordinate preventive maintenance and follow-up.
• Manage parts inventory and ordering; coordinate returns and warranty items.
• Process accounts payable and perform clerical duties within shop operations.
