Job summary

You will handle daily customer interactions, scheduling PMs, coordinating repairs, coordinating with rental counter, and ensuring parts availability. Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required.
• 1 year or more in customer service or comparable experience with issues resolution, Required.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing software, Advanced, Required.

Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Improve the quality and consistency of customer communications and meet customer's expectations.
• WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT: Schedule maintenance and plan repair work; coordinate with rental counter.
• PARTS MANAGEMENT: Manage inventory, orders, and warranty responsibilities.
• ADMINISTRATIVE: Handle shop calls and process accounts payable and repair orders.
