Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support shop management through timely communications, scheduling, inventory planning, and repair follow-up. This role handles vehicle status updates, maintenance file management, and daily administration to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and capable of coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient shop

• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: Improve the quality and consistency of customer communications and meet customer's expectations; execute customer communication protocol for PM scheduling and follow-up.
• Workflow management: Plan and schedule repairs, update work plan sheets, coordinate with rental and vendors to manage repairs and vehicle status.
• Parts management: Inventory planning, ordering, stocking, coordinating parts delivery, and maintaining parts room cleanliness.
• Administrative: Handle shop calls, clerical duties, process accounts payable, create repair orders for technicians.
