• One year or more in sales and/or customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues to customers' expectations.
• Handle rental sales and process inbound/outbound leads to grow the customer base.
• Maintain rental truck inventory levels in coordination with Maintenance and Asset Management.
• Improve workflow through efficient scheduling and planning.
• Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain files.
• Manage parts inventory to control costs and support warranty handling.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
