Temco Logistics seeks a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Georgia. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with orders, deliveries, and installations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or office administrative tasks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software (ERP systems preferred).
• Knowledge of Temco Logistics’ delivery and installation services or a related logistics environment is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

• Provide customers with accurate information regarding orders, delivery status, and product details.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing questions and requests.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with delivery and installation services through follow-up communications.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved matters to the supervisor when necessary.
• Monitor and track delivery schedules to provide customers with real-time updates.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Temco Logistics’ products and services to support inquiries effectively.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit timely reports, presentations, and proposals assigned.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to maintain seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
