Responsibilities

• Prepare, print, scan, and organize documentation for terminal operations and dispatch.
• Maintain filing and records for shipments and terminal records.
• Bundle and distribute paperwork for outbound shipments with operations staff.
• Review outbound load paperwork for accuracy before dispatch.
• Handle inbound calls and emails to provide timely resolutions and a positive customer experience.
• Arrange dock pickups and drops with operations staff.
• Provide support to drivers for the line haul department.
• Identify paperwork or process issues and escalate to prevent delays.
