• Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping for shipments and terminal records.
• Bundle and distribute paperwork for outbound shipments with operations staff.
• Review outbound load paperwork for accuracy before dispatch.
• Answer inbound calls and emails to provide timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
