Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Read, write, communicate and comprehend English to perform tasks, converse with customers and manage documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, print, scan, and organize documentation for terminal operations and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping for shipments and terminal records.
• Distribute paperwork for outbound shipments in coordination with operations staff.
• Review outbound load paperwork for accuracy before dispatch.
• Handle inbound calls and emails to provide timely resolutions and positive customer experience.
• Arrange dock pickups and drops for customers with operations staff.
• Provide assistance to drivers for the line haul department.
• Identify and escalate paperwork or process issues to prevent delays.
