Responsibilities

• Prepares, prints, scans, and organizes documentation for terminal operations and dispatch.
• Maintains accurate filing and recordkeeping systems for shipments and terminal records.
• Bundles and distributes paperwork for outbound shipments in coordination with operations staff.
• Reviews outbound load paperwork to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
• Handles inbound calls and emails to provide timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
• Arranges dock pickups and dock drops for customers with operations staff.
• Provides assistance to drivers in the line haul department.
• Escalates paperwork or process issues to prevent delays.
