Job summary

20 Saia Motor Freight Line LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Clerk/Customer Service Associate to support terminal operations, ensuring shipment documentation is accurate and properly processed. You will assist with paperwork, recordkeeping, and handling basic service requests to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include organizing documents, coordinating with drivers and staff, and resolving inquiries from customers and management.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Read, write, communicate and comprehend English to perform tasks and complete documents.

Responsibilities

Prepares, prints, scans, and organizes documentation for terminal operations and dispatch.
Maintains accurate filing and recordkeeping systems for shipments and terminal records.
Bundles and distributes paperwork for outbound shipments with operations staff.
Reviews outbound load paperwork to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
Handles inbound calls and emails to provide timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
Arranges dock pickups and dock drops for customers in coordination with operations staff.
Supports drivers for the line haul department.
Identifies paperwork or process issues and escalates to prevent delays.
