Saia Motor Freight Line LLC is seeking a clerical specialist to support terminal operations and dispatch. You will handle documentation, process shipments, and respond to customer inquiries to ensure a smooth daily workflow.

Role involves coordinating with drivers and operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative tasks. Strong English communication and basic MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Read, write, and comprehend English to perform duties and complete documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, print, scan, and organize documents for terminal operations and dispatch.
• Maintain filing and recordkeeping for shipments and terminal records.
• Coordinate with operations staff to bundle and distribute paperwork for outbound shipments.
• Review outbound load paperwork for accuracy before dispatch.
• Answer inbound calls and emails to resolve issues and support customers.
• Arrange dock pickups/drops in coordination with operations.
• Assist drivers and internal teams for line haul support.
• Identify paperwork issues and escalate to prevent delays.
