Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Read, write, communicate and comprehend English to perform job tasks and interact with customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, print, scan, and organize documentation for terminal operations and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping systems for shipments and terminal records.
• Bundle and distribute paperwork for outbound shipments in coordination with operations staff.
• Review outbound load paperwork to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
• Handle inbound calls and emails to provide timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
• Arrange dock pickups and dock drops for customers in coordination with operations staff.
• Provide assistance and support to drivers for the line haul department.
• Identify paperwork or process issues and escalate to prevent delays; assist with admin projects.
