Job summary

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to tariffs and pricing.
• Resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties including phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight for customer resolution.
