Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann is seeking a Client Services Representative in Louisville, KY to manage customer accounts and ensure SLAs are met. You will handle shipment tracking, inventory updates, and domestic/international support, collaborating with Account Managers to resolve issues and optimize delivery performance.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, including Excel and Power BI, plus 2+ years in customer service within a logistics/3PL environment. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel at an advanced level.
• Bachelor's degree required; SAP knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipment tracking and monitor status reports.
• Communicate with carriers and maintain shipment documentation (BOL, PRO, POD).
• Assist Account Manager with technical advice and issue resolution.
• Update systems with shipment status and notes and escalate as needed.
