Qualifications

• Experience in distribution center or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for daily communication.
• Fluent in English with good attendance and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Domestic and International loads and yard management.
• Maintain open communication with clients, carriers, and vendors.
• Track shipments and report discrepancies; ensure proof of deliveries filed.
• Follow bill of lading procedures and organize documentation.
• Work overtime and alternate shifts as required.
