Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, seeks a Client Services Representative to manage customer accounts and ensure SLAs are met. You will prepare and maintain status reports, modify schedules, and assist the Account Manager with technical advice and problem-solving for both international and domestic clients.

Your tasks include end-to-end shipment tracking, monitoring dashboards, handling documentation such as BOL, PRO, POD, and coordinating with carriers.

Qualifications

• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organized and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and ensure SLAs are met.
• Prepare and maintain status reports and assist Account Manager with technical advice.
• Handle order management, inventory updates, and customer support for international and domestic clients.
• Support end-to-end shipment tracking and follow SOPs.
• Monitor shipments and identify open or aging items.
• Communicate with carriers using approved templates.
• Document case activity with clear next steps and ownership.
