Arvato in Kentucky is seeking an Order Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, balancing customer demands with warehouse capacity. You will coordinate between Operations and Client Services, enter data into SAP/TFS, and ensure accuracy of daily records to support ISO-9001 processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities.
• Move material in and out of the warehouse as directed by Operations and client SLAs.
• Perform routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound moves.
• Enter all pertinent information into SAP/TFS fulfillment system.
• Identify shortages, overages and other variances.
• Prepare daily operations reports and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with customers, warehouse staff, drivers and leadership.
