Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers and ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more related experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Update RTBS orders and coordinate with carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations and related RA workflows for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report monthly.
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and coordinate POD or customer follow-up.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
