Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage 4th party carrier relationships, ensure SOP compliance, and drive on-time delivery and accurate billing. The role involves coordinating with Network Carriers, handling returns, and supporting the Operations Supervisor.

The position requires at least 1 year of related experience and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. It is an hourly role with a 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule, and full-time benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers
• Update RTBS orders; coordinate scheduling with Network Carriers
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related tasks
• Manage Open RA monthly report
• Review orders on "Over 50" report and obtain POD or contact customers to confirm delivery
• Respond to pending invoice questions from Invoicing Team
• Validate dates in iDirect for scheduled orders
• Assist Operations Supervisor with returning trucks
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email
• Performs other duties as assigned.
