Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One (1) year or more years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS report and coordinate with Network Carriers to schedule deliveries.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related tasks for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and confirm delivery via POD or customer follow-up.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
