Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking an Associate Specialist, Logistics to deliver exceptional service to customers and drivers. You will support day-to-day dispatch operations, track pickups and deliveries, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

You will monitor schedules, handle high-volume calls, and input data into the dispatch system while coordinating with carriers to keep runs on track. A flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced dispatch or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of deviations.
• Answer calls/emails from drivers and customers and fulfill their needs.
• Input updates into the dispatch system and coordinate with carriers.
• Communicate issues to customers and drivers.
• Maintain high-volume customer interactions with professionalism.
