Job summary

RXO, a leading provider of transportation solutions, is seeking an Associate Specialist, Logistics to monitor delivery activity, coordinate routes, and handle driver-facing communications. The role includes billing and data entry and involves heavy phone contact with external customers and contracted drivers.

The position requires multitasking, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service. On-site work with opportunities for career development and training are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assemble multiple routes for customer orders within a market.
• Maintain phone communication between external customers and contracted drivers/couriers.
• Assist contracted drivers with delivery issues.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints and answer questions.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes.
• Customer billing and data entry tasks.
• Assign drivers/couriers delivery routes.
• Oversee unloading processes of returning routes at days end.
