Responsibilities

• Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of deviations.
• Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails and address their needs.
• Call and obtain updates from drivers/carriers and input data into the dispatch system.
• Communicate issues with customers and drivers as they arise.
• Monitor and update all Active Run problems.
