Job summary

Swift Transportation is seeking a transportation analytics leader to drive growth and profitability within its brokerages and 3PL operations. You will lead a team of transportation analysts, build carrier partnerships, and optimize routes to deliver value while maintaining KPI-focused performance.

You will develop brokerage solutions for complex freight, negotiate rates, and foster customer value through data-driven decisions, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years' industry experience in brokerage and 3PL with sales/service experience required.
• Experience in building and growing a brokerage book of business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create brokerage solutions for high-level complex freight conditions.
• Develop carriers through increased volume, profitability and service offerings.
• Address escalated, highly complex carrier issues; provide problem resolution and win-win solutions.
• Monitor team’s hourly refusal/acceptance of VIP load board from asset division.
• Facilitate route optimization and increase usage of key carriers.
• Monitor buy vs DAT, daily load count, loads per carrier/buyer, outbound calls, margins and fuel metrics.
