Job summary
Swift Transportation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a brokerage-focused professional to negotiate freight rates, build carrier relationships, and support growth initiatives within our KNX Logistics Division. Qualifications
- Two years of brokerage/transportation experience or equivalent in sales or customer service.
- Basic knowledge of transportation and 3PL.
- Results-oriented with entrepreneurial drive to grow revenue.
- Familiar with TMS and brokerage systems; strong communication.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate freight rates and terms with carrier partners and customers.
- Analyze freight market to maximize profit and negotiate on lanes.
- Manage buy-to-delivery process and interface with customer transport teams.
- Monitor KPIs and support growth initiatives.
- Travel as needed.
