Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics with hands-on team management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, including sorting, linehaul, and last-mile operations.
• Experience in cross-border logistics or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on operational approach.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data and KPIs for decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and sorting center operations to meet standards and metrics.
• Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards with drills and audits.
• Maintain records of warehouse operations and generate performance reports.
• Develop and monitor quality control and quality assurance processes.
• Analyze data to drive continuous improvement across processes.
• Coordinate cross-border logistics between China and international markets.
• Manage budgets, costs, and KPIs for warehouse and delivery ops.
• Lead daily operational meetings and conduct team performance evaluations.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage DSP partnerships.
• Design and implement training to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Oversee regional fleet operations, optimize utilization and cost efficiency.
• Manage in-house and outsourced fleet resources to maximize capacity.
• Continuously optimize pickup models and resource planning strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle daily operational issues and respond to emergencies.
