Job summary

Crowley in Palmer, Alaska seeks an administrative support professional to join the terminal team, providing essential clerical and office support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a willingness to travel to other terminals as needed.

You will handle calls, invoicing, inventory, data entry, and reporting, while supporting management with daily tasks and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with post-high school coursework or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, transportation, logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years in an administrative support function; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls to staff and terminals as needed.
• Invoice customers directly via phone and email.
• Assist with inventory and asset tracking software.
• Process daily paperwork from fuel deliveries and counter sales.
• Cross-train for relief dispatch duties and route fuel deliveries.
• Handle routine correspondence per established procedures.
