Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring for a transportation/clerical support role. You will accept and schedule customer orders, provide administrative support in the Transport Operations Department, and maintain communications with customers regarding pickups and deliveries.

We offer strong incentive pay including attendance, referral, and hiring bonuses, plus an employee ownership program. First and second shift pay ranges are $20/hr and $22/hr respectively.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience.
• Basic transportation/logistics familiarity is a plus.
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
• Solid organizational and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and scan/index documents as required.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries of customer loads.
• Document orders in computer systems and update contact information.
• Maintain communication with customers about changes in pickup and delivery schedules.
• Support operations with reporting and data entry as directed.
