RJW Logistics Group in Hazleton, PA is seeking an Admin Clerk Lead to organize inbound orders and provide administrative support to the Outbound Operations team. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely scheduling, and professional customer interactions.

Qualified candidates will have 3-4 years clerical experience, basic logistics knowledge, and a 40 wpm typing speed. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and growth within RJW's operations.

Qualifications

Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.
3 - 4 years of clerical experience.
Basic transportation / logistics experience.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Enter customer orders and scan/index documents as required.
Schedule the delivery of customer loads.
Document orders in computer and update customer contact information.
Maintain communications with customers regarding delivery changes and potential service failures.
Handle all billing for the Inbound Department.
Train associates on Inbound Department tasks and processes.
Understand RJW goals, policies, and customer procedures.
Communicate customer problems and inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Update reports as requested by management.
