Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling and load status updates.
• Monitor same-day pickups, delays, and service exceptions.
• Provide timely shipment updates to customers and carriers.
• Support account and capacity teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipment information and escalate issues.
