Job summary

TLD Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to schedule pickup and delivery appointments and support customer and capacity representatives within the Brokerage department. The role is hourly and focused on meeting KPI’s and monthly goals.

The position requires coordination with customer stakeholders and partner carriers, attention to detail, and strong communication across email, phone, text, and IM. Casual work environment and health insurance benefits are noted.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or above.
• 0-1 years experience in logistics or transportation.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent geographical knowledge.
• Good organizational, verbal, and written skills a must.
• Ability to focus and multi-task, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Interact with various customer stakeholders.
• Interact with partner carriers to provide tracking and tracing.
• Multitask between various forms of communication (email, phone, text, IM).
• Prioritize operational tasks throughout the day.
• Rely on sense of urgency around time sensitive requests.
• Request pick-up and delivery appointments (phone, email, and websites).
• Work with direct manager to provide customer quotes.
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
