Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a logistics administrator to handle orders, billing documents, and shipping paperwork with accuracy. You will coordinate cargo movements and liaise with customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Organised with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, declarations, payments and shipping documentation accurately.
• Coordinate cargo storage, transportation, depot arrangements, collection and shipment activities.
• Liaise with customers, transporters, warehouses and internal departments for smooth cargo movements.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare operational and management reports including import/export data.
• Check shipping documents and ensure data entry for final billing.
• Follow up on operational issues and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or management.
