Job summary

Richmond Wholesale is seeking a detail‑oriented Account Coordinator to support container planning, shipments, and communications between our support teams and Account Managers. This hybrid Richmond, CA role collaborates with Logistics leadership, uses Asana for task tracking, and offers growth in account and operations management.

This position requires a high school diploma, proficiency in Outlook/Word (Excel basics), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in account coordination, customer service, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Word; basic to intermediate Excel.
• Experience using Asana or similar PM platform.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• On-site with regular attendance; schedule flexibility as needed.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs; environment may vary in temperature.

Responsibilities

• Plan container loads and coordinate loading schedules to ensure timely shipments.
• Track inbound product shipments, monitor arrivals, and resolve delays.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction or delivery timelines.
• Communicate shipping updates to Logistics teams and internal departments.
• Support Account Managers with order entry, customer communications, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate system records for shipments, orders, and updates.
• Prepare and support reporting related to shipments, orders, and accounts.
• Utilize Asana to track orders and respond promptly to requests; meet deadlines.
• Follow up daily to drive fill rate targets and sustain 99% fill rate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and account management.
