Job summary

Worldwide Logistics Inc. seeks an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a domestic focus to work with internal sales, pricing staff, and our vendor network. You will quote transportation options, coordinate shipments, and build strong customer relationships, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires keen attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage shipments from quote through delivery. Hybrid work arrangement applies, three days in office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in freight brokerage or logistics.
• Experience with LTL/TL/FTL, drayage, or air freight is required.
• Proficient in Excel with PivotTables and lookup functions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide quotes for various transportation modes and coordinate shipment dispatch.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers; coordinate with internal teams.
• Stay informed about market pricing dynamics and trends.
