Responsibilities

• Help foster and build relationships with customers by understanding their expectations and preferences.
• Generate rates and submit them to customers; accept tendered freight and schedule loads.
• Enter shipment data into the TMS accurately.
• Identify potential service failures and coordinate with Operations to fix them.
• Communicate status updates to customers and provide solutions to issues.
• Coordinate with Operations to plan ahead and maximize freight bookings.
• Work with customer scorecards to improve service and meet expectations.
• Update customer websites with shipment information.
