• Experience tracking order fulfillment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts by anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions.
• Assist in order processing using various software platforms.
• Serve as liaison between clients and warehouse or administrative teams for clear communication.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound demand with fleet and brokerage services.
• Ensure adherence to client contracts and perform basic billing/auditing tasks.
• Maintain and update SOPs for assigned clients.
