The role emphasizes timely communication, shipment planning, and proactive problem solving to maintain a 99% fill rate across accounts. The candidate will collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to meet delivery goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in account coordination, customer service, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Word; basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience using Asana or a similar project management platform.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan container loads and coordinate loading schedules to ensure timely shipments.
• Track inbound shipments, monitor arrival dates, and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction or delivery timelines.
• Communicate shipping updates to Logistics teams and other departments.
• Support Account Managers with order entry, customer communications, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate system records for shipments, orders, and customer updates.
• Prepare and support reporting related to shipments, orders, and accounts.
• Use Asana to track orders and tasks; respond to stakeholder emails and meet deadlines.
• Follow up daily on unresolved tasks to sustain high fill rates across accounts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and account management.
