Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a site-based client liaison to serve as the primary contact for our client at this Columbus location. You will coordinate with the client and Crane Worldwide's operations teams, escalating issues as needed and ensuring client requests are fulfilled promptly.

You will also guide work priorities, manage client reports for accuracy, and develop transportation plans including routing, booking, and storage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience or combination experience and education

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with client at the site and be available for escalation.
• Serve as intermediary for communication between client and Crane Worldwide network.
• Escalate shipment issues to the client to ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage all client requests and follow up to ensure needs are met.
• Guide work by organizing, setting priorities, and scheduling.
• Responsible for managing client reports and assuring accuracy.
• Operate forklift and become certified by Crane Worldwide.
• Plan transportation routing, booking and freight storage.
• Train and use transportation systems and procedures with Crane Worldwide employees.
• Collaborate with operations and client staff to implement new processes for mutual goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned
