Job summary

Crane Worldwide is seeking a hands-on Client Operations Liaison at our Kentucky site. You will be the primary contact for the client, coordinating between client and our operations teams, and maintaining KPI health across shipments and processes.

You will guide priorities, manage reports, and support new client implementations while working closely with operational staff to fulfill mutual goals and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in logistics or client management.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train staff and onboard new clients.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact with client at the site and is available for escalation.
• Serve as intermediary for communication between client and Crane Worldwide operations teams.
• Maintain and identify problems with client KPIs.
• Escalate all issues with shipments to ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage all client requests and follow up to meet client needs.
• Guide work, set priorities, schedule, and review work for team members.
• Responsible for managing client reports and ensuring accuracy.
• Plan warehouse layouts considering turnover, size and weight of stored items.
• Lead or assist in new client implementation from system and process perspectives.
• Collaborate with operational staff and client teams to implement mutual goals.
• Learn to operate and train Crane Worldwide employees on warehouse systems and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
