Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Prospects and secures new clients within an assigned territory to drive revenue growth.
• Understands client objectives and proposes tailored logistics and transportation solutions.
• Collaborates across operations, service centre, and internal partners to deliver quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develops client growth and retention plans to build a profitable, long-term book of business.
• Leads contract negotiations and closes sales to exceed performance targets.
• Prepares and presents compelling proposals and presentations to key stakeholders.
• Maintains accurate CRM records and documents client interactions.
• Monitors market trends and industry advancements to identify growth opportunities.
